Service Description

A sound bath is a therapeutic experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and drums. The goal is to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of well-being. During a sound bath, students will recline in a comfortable position while the sound waves wash over them. The instruments create vibrations that resonate through the body, which can help calm the mind, reduce tension, and even promote healing. Many people find that the sound frequencies help them enter a meditative or altered state of consciousness. The term “sound bath” is more figurative, referring to the idea that the sound waves envelop you like water, surrounding and washing over you, rather than being a literal bath. It’s often used as a form of sound therapy, or sound healing, based on the idea that different frequencies can influence the body’s energy and promote balance.
